Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClawAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account via Clerk to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscription & Payments

• The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis via Razorpay.
• AI usage is billed at cost + 5% service fee, deducted from your credit balance.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles, except as required by law.

3. Server Provisioning

ClawAI provisions VPS instances on your behalf via Hetzner or OVH. You are responsible for the content and configuration of your instances. We reserve the right to terminate instances that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Send spam, malware, or engage in unauthorized access.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Liability Limitations

ClawAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• AI-generated content or errors ("hallucinations").
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Third-party provider failures (Hetzner, OVH, OpenRouter).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your instances will be deleted and data lost after 7 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
