Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for ClawAI subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the cycle ends.

2. Refunds

• Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the cycle ends.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails and is not updated within the billing cycle, your instance will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
• Service Errors: If we fail to provision your instance due to our error, we will provide a full refund or credit.

3. Instance Termination

Upon cancellation or non-payment, your VPS instance will be deleted. All data on the instance will be permanently lost. We recommend backing up your data before cancelling.
